RCBS Lock out die features;
The lock out die detects a “no powder” or a “double powder” condition in the progressive reloading process. If a wrong cahrge is detected, the die “locks up” halting the travel of the ram, instantly alerting the reloader to the problem so that the cause can be corrected. It will not let reloading commence without the improperly charged case being removed first.
