To use the call, position the mouthpiece between your lips, keeping a 3-4mm gap between your upper and lower teeth. Begin by making a coarse “R” sound without applying too much force. This technique allows you to create a realistic contact call, which you can then modify by varying the pitch. By gently biting or pinching the mouthpiece, you’ll notice a shift in sound. To add even more variation, open and close your hand in front of the sound chamber, creating a dynamic and lifelike effect.

For best results, use the Pro Call in conjunction with the Nordik Barrborn Basic Call. Alternating between the softer sounds of the Basic Call and the more aggressive tones of the Pro Call can simulate a “duet” that captures the attention of crows more effectively.
