When cleaning a bolt action rifle, the best way is to remove the bolt and replace with a bore guide. Therefore, the Pro Shot “Stopper Series” of Bore Guides provides ultimate protection to the bore throat and keeps cleaning solvent from entering the trigger mechanism and action. Precision sized tip and end allow for proper fit for rifle and cleaning rod to run smoothly through your bore. Furthermore, The Stopper, adjusts to fit action lengths precisely with all anodized aluminum parts, to give you long lasting precision performance.
Bore Guide tube/sleeve are mfg. from aircraft grade anodized aluminum. Additionally, The “Stopper” bore guide tips and ends are manufactured using the chemical resistant Delrin and are laser engraved with proper sizing. End includes solvent port. The anodized aluminum sleeve holds the brass pin and will not work loose like other bore guides that use plastic parts. Â
